3 Easy (& Cheap) Galentine's Day Gifts

2020 has gotten off to a rough start. Don’t let the fact you're single AF get you down. Take your mind off the fiery vortex that was January by celebrating your gals and your pals this Galentine’s Day. No longer is this holiday just for “ladies celebrating ladies,” as Leslie Knope from Parks & Rec said 10 years ago. Grab your best buds and celebrate friendship this February 13th with these easy (and cheap) gifts.

The Full Knope

In true Parks and Recreation fashion, it wouldn’t be Galentines day without what we like to call “The Full Knope” which is making intricate, and perhaps deeply personal, goodie bags for your friends. You can mix and match these smaller gifts in the goodie bags, or just buy one-offs!

DIY Gifts

Instead of spending a ton of money getting each of your friends something fancy, why not make them something by hand! Or better yet, you can make some memories by having them over to craft along with you.

  • Candles- This kit will provide you with 2 candle tins, wicks, wick bars, and all the instructions you and a friend need to make them. You can choose from 15 scents or go with no scent at all.

  • Cookies - While CVS might be chock-full of Valentine’s Day sweets, you can make your own heart-shaped confections at home. Try out these anatomically correct heart or cupid-shaped cookie cutters.

  • Chocolate Truffles- This DIY kit makes around 36 dark chocolate truffles with an assortment of fillings such as peppermint, coconut, and Himalayan sea salt.  You’ll need a couple bowls, a microwave, and a baking tray to get started.

Cards for the Whole Crew

In case you and your friends aren’t the biggest fans

of Valentines, Galentine’s, or Palentine’s day-

here are some quick and easy cards

 to send their way.

(Rhyming couplets sold separately.)
